Chef Chris Martin, a native of Calgary, Alberta, has always had a deep-rooted passion for the culinary arts. After completing his studies at SAIT University and earning his Red Seal in 2004, Chris embarked on an exciting journey in the food industry.
At the young age of 26, Chris took a leap of faith and opened his first restaurant in High River, AB. This cozy breakfast and lunch cafe quickly gained popularity and thrived until 2012 when Chris made a pivotal decision to pursue his true calling: catering.
