Entree Options:

Honey Ham

Slow-roasted ham, based in our signature glaze and served with Grandma’s homestyle honey mustard sauce

Rosemary Baked Chicken

Tender chicken breast, lightly breaded with fresh rosemary, pan-fried to perfection, and finished in the over for a golden, crispy crust.

Harvest Stuffed Pork Loin

Succulent pork loin stuffed with a flavourful blend of spinach, apples, onions, pine nuts and goat cheese, seared and roasted in our signature herb crust. Served with savoury pan gravy.

Pan-seared chicken breast cooked in white wine and herbs, topped with prosciutto and asiago cheese, then baked on a bed or our signature tomato sauce.

Sautéed vegetables with organic tomato sauce, oven-baked with quinoa, spinach and asiago cheese for a heart, flavourful bite.

*Vegetarian by default, can be made vegan upon request.

(Pricing is in addition to your main entree choice). $6

Additional Entree Options:

Add a second entree to your buffet dinner for an additional $9 - $15 per guest.

Pricing for additional entree(s) will vary based on selection.

Mixed Green Organic Salad *spring mix, tomatoes, cucumbers served with house Italian, Catalina and Ranch dressing

 

Summer Salad *mixed greens and spinach with mandarin oranges, fresh berries and feta tossed in a house made citrus vinaigrette

 

Oriental Cabbage Salad *shredded cabbage, carrots, crunchy noodles in our asian sesame’ dressing Tuscan Vegetable Pasta Salad *pasta, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, red onion and black olives in our house vinaigrette

Additional Services:

Coffee & Tea Service $175 - 100 cup carafe of coffee along with 100 cups of hot water for your tea. Includes sugar, cream, stir sticks, assortment of tea’s and disposable cups 

Our Entree’ prices include white Royal Doulton glass plates, cutlery, white paper napkins and service staff. 

 

15% Gratuity & 5% GST will be applied to invoice. Upon booking we do require a signed contract and an approximate 25% deposit
