BBQ Menu

All family and corporate BBQ’s are unique in their own way. Please feel free to customize your menu to how you see fit. All dietary needs are respected, we just ask that you let us know in advance. 

BBQ Entree Options:

Beef on a Bun or BBQ Pulled Pork

Choice of either AAA Alberta slow roasted beef or slow roasted BBQ pork - shaved and seasoned with our signature bbq sauce. Served with kaiser buns, condiments, and choice of salad.

Homemade Burgers or All Beef Hotdogs

Build your own bun and get it fresh off the grill. Top it with any combination of condiments - lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard, mayo and relish. Served with choice of salad.

Housemade Kabobs

Combination of beef and chicken skewers, served on a bed of mushrooms, onions, peppers and pineapple. With pita bread and choice of salad. $19 

 

Pork Ribs

Slow roasted baby back pork ribs brushed with our signature BBQ sauce, grilled to perfection. Served with baked beans, double stuffed baked potato, and your choice of salad.

Steak Dinner

Grilled on site for your guests using only the best of AAA Alberta beef. All meals include a double stuffed baked potato, garlic toast and your choice of salad.

$33 per person - 8oz Top Sirloin Steak

$38 per person - 8 oz New York Striploin Steak 

 

Pig Roast

**Minimum guest requirements apply** We set up, roast, carve and serve a BBQ pig at your location. Served with: Kaiser buns, condiments, coleslaw, corn on the cob, baked beans and potato salad. Please note - the package accommodates up to 50 guests.

Additional guests $20 per person 

Addition to any meal:

Corn on the Cob $2.00 per guest

Homemade baked beans $3.50 per guest

Double Stuffed Baked Potato $4.00 per guest

 

All meal prices include disposable plates and cutlery, appropriate condiments and service equipment.

Salad Options

Amount of Salad choices to accompany your entree depend on your guest count. 1 - 25 guest = one salad choices, 25 - 50 guests = two salad choices & 51+ guests = three salad choices 

Caesar Salad *crisp romaine, croutons, fresh parmesan, bacon bits and house made caesar dressing

Mixed Green Organic Salad *spring mix, tomatoes, cucumbers served with house Italian, Catalina and Ranch dressing

 

Summer Salad *mixed greens and spinach with mandarin oranges, fresh berries and feta tossed in a house made citrus vinaigrette

 

Oriental Cabbage Salad *shredded cabbage, carrots, crunchy noodles in our asian sesame’ dressing Tuscan Vegetable Pasta Salad *pasta, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, red onion and black olives in our house vinaigrette

Creamy Coleslaw 

Strawberry Spinach Salad *fresh spinach & strawberries tossed in our home made strawberry vinaigrette. Topped with feta cheese 

Bacon Broccoli Salad * fresh broccoli, chopped bacon & red onion in our creamy poppy seed dressing

 

Sugared Pecan & Pear Salad *mix greens and pears with sugared pecans in our house dressing. Topped with crumbled goat cheese

 

Quinoa Spinach & Bean Salad *quinoa, baby spinach & green beans in our house vinaigrette

 

Mexican Corn Salad *corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, peppers, cheddar cheese

 

Home Style Potato Salad

Add $3 per guest for glass plates and cutlery. This option includes service staff. 

15% gratuity & 5% GST will be applied to invoice.
