Sandwiches and wraps

Variety of sandwiches and wraps using a selection of assorted deli meats. All sandwiches and wraps are made with the freshest ingredients, vegetables, spreads and cheese. Vegetarian options available upon request. Served with your choice of salad.

Taco Bar

Hard and soft taco shells served with choice of either seasoned ground beef or chicken. Comes with all of your favourite toppings. Cheddar, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black beans, house made guacamole, salsa and sour cream. Served with your choice of salad.

Beef on a Bun or BBQ Pulled Pork

Choice of either AAA Alberta slow roasted beef or slow roasted BBQ pork - shaved and seasoned our signature bbq sauce. Served with kaiser buns, condiments, and choice of salad.

Served on a bed of fresh vegetables and long grain blended rice. Comes with oriental fortune cookies. Served with your choice of salad.

Layers of fresh ground beef, spinach, and cottage cheese. Baked to perfection in our house made tomato pesto sauce with cheese. Served with garlic toast and choice of salad

Amount of Salad choices to accompany your entree depend on your guest count. 1 - 25 guest = one salad choices, 25 - 50 guests = two salad choices & 51+ guests = three salad choices

Caesar Salad *crisp romaine, croutons, fresh parmesan, bacon bits and house made caesar dressing

Mixed Green Organic Salad *spring mix, tomatoes, cucumbers served with house Italian, Catalina and Ranch dressing

Summer Salad *mixed greens and spinach with mandarin oranges, fresh berries and feta tossed in a house made citrus vinaigrette

Oriental Cabbage Salad *shredded cabbage, carrots, crunchy noodles in our asian sesame’ dressing Tuscan Vegetable Pasta Salad *pasta, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, red onion and black olives in our house vinaigrette

Creamy Coleslaw

Strawberry Spinach Salad *fresh spinach & strawberries tossed in our home made strawberry vinaigrette. Topped with feta cheese

Bacon Broccoli Salad * fresh broccoli, chopped bacon & red onion in our creamy poppy seed dressing

Sugared Pecan & Pear Salad *mix greens and pears with sugared pecans in our house dressing. Topped with crumbled goat cheese

Quinoa Spinach & Bean Salad *quinoa, baby spinach & green beans in our house vinaigrette

Mexican Corn Salad *corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, peppers, cheddar cheese

Home Style Potato Salad

Additional Services:

Water Service $8/table - Includes our water jugs to be replenished through out dinner service with ice water.

Coffee & Tea Service $175 - 100 cup carafe of coffee along with 100 cups of hot water for your tea. Includes sugar, cream, stir sticks, an assortment of tea’s and disposable cups.

All lunch menu options are served with disposable plates and cutlery. Add real glass plates, cutlery and service staff for an additional $3 per guest.
