Slow-roasted ham, based in our signature glaze and served with Grandma’s homemade honey mustard sauce.

Succulent pork loin stuffed with a flavourful blend of spinach, apples, onions, pine nuts and goat cheese, seared and roasted in our signature herb crust. Served with savoury pan gravy.

Stuffed Quinoa Roasted Pepper or Stuffed Quinoa Portobello Mushroom

Sautéed vegetables with organic tomato sauce, oven-baked the quinoa, spinach, and asiago cheese for a hearty, flavourful bite.

Vegetarian by default, can be made vegan upon request.

Yorkshire Pudding Upgrade – Roast Beef Entrees

Our roast beef buffet is served with fresh buns and butter.

• Substitute buns with house-made Yorkshire pudding – $2.50 per guest

• Add Yorkshire pudding in addition to buns – $5.00 per guest

Pricing applies to the full guest count. Substitutions cannot be split between guests.

 

Additional Entree Options:

Add a second entrée to your buffet for an additional $10–$15 per guest. When selecting two entrée options, the full per-person price of the higher-priced entrée will apply to all guests, plus the upgrade below for the second entrée selection.

Coffee & Tea Service $175 - 100 cup carafe of coffee along with 100 cups of hot water for your tea. Includes sugar, cream, stir sticks, an assortment of tea’s and disposable cups
